Argentine oil company sells first commercial LNG cargo to Petrobras

According to Reuters, YPF SA – the Argentine oil company – has sold its first commercial LNG cargo to Petroleo Brasileiro SA (Petrobas).

Reuters reported that the Argentine oil company closed a tender to sell 2.1 trillion Btu of LNG on the 6^th November for loading from the FLNG Tango, which is located off Bahia Blanca.

According to Reuters, the cargo loaded from the facility on the 26^th October on the Excalibur LNG tanker. Refinitiv shipping data reportedly shows that the vessel is now on the move once again.
