In an update on the 26th August, CNOOC said that the Bozhong 26-3 oilfield expansion project has started production.

Bozhong 26-3 oilfield expansion project is located in the south of Bohai Sea, with an average water depth of about 21 metres. In addition to fully utilising the existing processing facilities, the project has built a new unmanned wellhead platform and a power platform.

In addition to fully utilising the existing processing facilities of Suizhong 36-1 oilfield, the project has built a new central platform.
