Equinor to spud Goddo well (16/5-8 S) in PL 815

JV partner Concedo has reported that the Goddo well (16/5-8 S) in licence PL 815 is expected to be spudded shortly by operator Equinor.

A contingent horizontal side-track (16/5-8 A) will be drilled back to back with the main bore pending the contingencies.

The well is located on the Utsira High, not far from the giant oil field Johan Sverdrup in the central North Sea.

Concedo holds a 20% share of the licence. Other partners are Lundin Norway (operator with 60%) and Petoro with 20%.
