Swire Blue Ocean to install Seagreen wind turbines offshore Scotland

MHI Vestas Offshore Wind has hired Swire Blue Ocean A/S to transport and install the wind turbine generators at the Seagreen wind farm, 27 km (17 miles) off eastern Scotland.

The company expects to install 114 V164-10 MW turbines in the second half of 2021.

Seagreen is expected to be Scotland’s largest wind farm, generating enough electricity to power one million homes.
