Randy has over 30 years’ experience in multi-line claims handling. He has worked in a variety of roles including examining, adjustment, risk management and broking. Randy joined us from Aon where he was Western Regional Claims Manager from 2008-2012. Randy has provided claim management advice and advocacy to clients on numerous large complicated claims across many sectors. He has an extensive litigation background and has represented clients in small claims court. Randy currently provides proactive expertise in claim & risk management, wording reviews and coverage analysis.
