Aqualis merging with Braemar

Aqualis has agreed to acquire the majority of the Braemar Technical Services division.

The combined company, to be renamed AqualisBraemar, will be an offshore, marine, adjusting, and renewables consultancy with operating across all major basins.

Existing and potential clients will be able to access new capabilities and broader services over a wider geographical area.

The combined company’s revenue for the 12 months ended the 31^st December 2018 was around US$76 million.

Its executive management will comprise CEO David Wells, CFO Kim Boman (Aqualis), Group and Offshore, COO Reuben Segal (all Aqualis), and COO Insurance Services Grant Smith (Braemar).
