Quarters, helideck in place at offshore Cambodia oilfield barge

Renovation and upgrading of the production barge continues at the Benoi yard and Gul dry-dock in Singapore.

New living quarters have been delivered and installed, along with the helideck and emergency diesel generator. The second and final dry-dock has been completed for all hull steelwork and final coatings.

Also in place are the three main power generation units, electrical switch room and emergency switch room, pedestal crane and the main electrical transformers.

Processing is under way of 1,200 square kilometres (463 square miles) of 3D seismic acquired over the block during June and July.

Around 200 square kilometres (77 square miles) covered the Apsara development area with the remainder focused over a large prospective area in the southwest portion of the block.
