Dutch/Brazilian groups team up for offshore maintenance

Holding OOS International Group (OOS International) is teaming up with Forship Engenharia to pursue offshore maintenance projects jointly, mainly in the Brazilian region.

The companies plan to provide a turnkey service combining OOS’ heavy-lift/floatel units with Forship’s FPSO maintenance offering.

They have already identified a cooperation project and have submitted a joint bid.

Fabio Fares, president and CEO of Forship Engenharia S/A, said: “By combining and utilising each other’s strengths, we will be able to exploit new markets, develop new integrated solutions, and increase value for our clients.”
